Booking Policies
Payment & Confirmation
All reservations must be paid for at the time of booking to secure your time slot. A reservation is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been sent.
Trip Itinerary Requirement
After selecting your service, date, and time, and completing your contact information, you are required to complete a Trip Itinerary form. This information allows our team to prepare your ride to perfection. All itineraries are reviewed and confirmed by our team. If clarification is needed, we will contact you. Failure to submit the Trip Itinerary may result in service delays or disruption.
Grace Period & Waiting Time
All services include a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled pickup time. Once the grace period has expired, an additional full hour will be charged.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid forfeiture of the deposit or full service charge. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
After-Hours Service Fees
Services scheduled between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM are considered after-hours and require the appropriate add-on to be selected at the time of booking under “Add to Appointment.”Weekday After-Hours (11:00 PM – 6:00 AM):
$50 additional fee
Weekend After-Hours (11:00 PM – 6:00 AM):
$75 additional fee
Vehicle Cleanliness & Conduct/ Alcohol & State Law Compliance
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. If smoking occurs, a $250 cleaning and deodorizing fee will be applied.
Major spills, excessive trash, or damage requiring deep cleaning will result in a $100 deep cleaning fee.Consumption of alcohol in the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Signature Rides with K & P operates in full compliance with all local, state, and federal laws. Clients and passengers must follow all applicable laws while using our services.
Client Delay/ Route & Time Changes
Delays caused by the client, including late readiness, extended stops, or itinerary changes, may result in additional time-based charges.
Any changes to pickup locations, destinations, or scheduled times must be submitted as soon as possible and are subject to availability and additional fees.
Safety & Behavior/Child Safety Seats
Signature Rides with K & P reserves the right to refuse or terminate service without refund for unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior.
Clients are responsible for providing appropriate child safety seats when required by law
Liability & Accidents/ Weather & Force Majeure
Signature Rides with K & P is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur during transportation. While our team takes all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe and professional service, clients assume responsibility for personal property and any risks associated with travel.
Severe weather, road closures, or events beyond our control may cause delays. We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances outside our operational control, though every effort will be made to provide timely service.
Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Signature Rides with K &P is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the vehicle. However, if items are left behind, we will make every effort to coordinate their safe return to the client.
